Mather Associates is a New England based consulting firm specializing in leadership, organizational development and constructive change for corporate, nonprofit and municipal organizations. Cotton Cleveland, President, and Jamie Batson, Senior Vice President, collaborate with several Associates to provide clients with access to knowledge, experience and expertise from a variety of sources.
