
We believe coaching is a natural extension of the work we do with
clients and client organizations. It is an excellent way of reinforcing
learning, reinforcing desired behavior changes, and supporting
the achievement of desired results. Through Executive Coaching
we expect to:
- Help clients set more rewarding and realistic personal and
professional goals.
- Encourage clients to act in the best interest of goals set
and to remain on task.
In working with each executive,we meet personally with the individual
for an overall assessment of needs, then speak in person, via
phone, or email, on a weekly basis to assess progress against
goals set and to provide support and advice.
An individual may decide to begin the Executive Coaching sessions
by participating in a Leadership
Practices Inventory, which gives structured feedback from
boss, peers and direct reports on the individual's organization
performance and impact.
