We work exclusively with boards of organizations, both business and nonprofit, assisting them in identifying “Best Practices” in all aspects of board governance, including:

The CEO and Board mat decide that some of this Board Development work should take place at their annual Board Retreat or at a special board workshop.

For those Boards wishing to develop their own board assessment process and to further enhance the role of the Board, we work with the group to develop appropriate Evaluation formats and approaches.

We offer Executive Coaching in both seminar and individual formats to enhance CEO and upper management skills.

We assist organizations in the development of Board of Directors/Trustees Handbooks.
